2. Orders
- All orders are subject to product availability and confirmation.
- Musab Collection reserves the right to verify, hold, or cancel any order that appears suspicious, incomplete, or fraudulent.
- Incorrect information (name, address, or phone number) may result in delays or cancellation of the order.
3. Payment Method
- Musab Collection only accepts Cash on Delivery (COD) for product payments.
- Product payment is collected in cash at the time of delivery.
- Only Delivery Charges (Rs. 350 within Karachi) are collected in advance.
- No product payments are accepted in personal accounts, wallets, or any unofficial payment methods.
4. Delivery Charges
- A fixed delivery charge of Rs. 350 applies to all orders within Karachi.
- Delivery charges are non-refundable in all cases, except in case of a company mistake.
5. Delivery & Rider Policy
- Customers are required to pay only the amount mentioned on their order confirmation.
- If any rider demands additional charges, tips, or fees, customers must refuse and immediately report it to Musab Collection.
- Musab Collection is not responsible for any unauthorized payments made to delivery personnel.
6. Return & Exchange
- Returns and exchanges are subject to our Return & Exchange Policy.
- Customers are advised to inspect the parcel before accepting delivery.
- Returns will not be accepted if tags are removed or the product is used.
- Exchange is only allowed for size or color issues.
7. Fraud & Misuse
- Musab Collection is not responsible for any fake accounts, fake WhatsApp numbers, or impersonation of the brand.
- Only official email addresses and official channels listed on our website are valid for communication.
8. Intellectual Property
- All website content, logos, images, and designs belong to Musab Collection.
- Unauthorized use, copying, or reproduction is strictly prohibited.
9. Limitation of Liability
- Musab Collection is not responsible for any indirect loss, delays, or issues caused by third-party services.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate information at the time of order placement.
