Return & Exchange Policy
Please inspect your order carefully before accepting delivery.
Order Inspection
- Customers are requested to open and check the parcel before accepting it.
- If there is any quality issue, damage, defect, or incorrect item, you may refuse the order and return it immediately through the delivery rider.
Returns & Exchanges
- Once the order has been accepted and received, returns will not be accepted if the product tags have been removed.
- Products must remain unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
Size & Color Exchange
- After receiving the order, exchanges will only be accepted for size or color related issues.
- The product must be in its original condition with tags attached.
- Exchange is only allowed for size or color, no other reason will be accepted.
Quality Issues
- If a genuine manufacturing defect or quality issue is found after delivery, the item may be eligible for exchange or return after verification.
- Delivery charges are non-refundable in all cases.
Delivery Charges
- A delivery charge of Rs. 350 must be paid in advance for all orders within Karachi.
- Delivery charges are non-refundable, regardless of return or exchange requests.

By accepting the parcel, the customer confirms that the product has been received in satisfactory condition. We strongly recommend checking the parcel before accepting delivery to avoid any inconvenience.
